An Entire Page Dedicated to the Chicago Bears
The view from the lake, appropriately titled Soldier
Field Lake View. Taking while flying around the city, hanging out of a
single engine Cessna on a windy day in May.
The center piece of this tribute is an image of the
actual Chicago Tribune paper following the Bears victory over the Saints.
Titled, "A City Celebrates" This layout highlights
some of area's most popular sites paying tribute to the Chicago Bears. From
left to right, at Daley Plaza, the Picasso sculpture sports a Bear's hat,
the new Macy's department store, formerly Marshall Fields adorned with
Chicago Bear flags blowing in the frigid temperatures, the Chicago Board of
Trade (CBOT) sporting Bear Banners and the Art Museum Lions wearing Bear's
helmets. It took two tries to get the proper fit on the lions, the first
attempt resulted in the helmets cracking because of the cold temps.
This layout commemorates the Bears winning season.
Below the aerial image of the new Soldier Field is Da Bear 2006 Roster.
